The purpose of this step is to evaluate information collected from various sources.  It involves information evaluation, note-taking skills and citations.

Questions:

  • What information do I expect to find in this source?

    • ​What is the major problem which causes water crisis in Hong Kong?

    • Who is responsible for the problem?

    • Are there any solutions to solve the problem?

    • What measures does Hong Kong government take to reduce the problem?
