Water is vital to all living organisms.  Through this project, we hope that students have developed an awareness of the importance of this valuable resource and the seriousness of water pollution in Hong Kong, also to make efforts to reduce the impact.

 

      Since the topic of “Water crisis in Hong Kong” is a topic of immediate personal concern, students would, on one hand, be more motivated to participate in all the tasks of the project and would feel rewarded with the information / solutions they have found during the process so as to apply them in their daily lives. 

 

      On the other hand, after practicing the skills of using the Big 6 model on a topic of their own interest, students are more eager to evaluate their own work and hence make improvement.  Students will then be more skillful in applying the Big 6 model to any topic in the future.
